Do the thing and you will have the power! - Ralph Waldo Emerson
You don't have to know how to open the door yourself but you might want to undo a deadbolt or two. - Hiromi Min
In order to climb a mountain, you must first commit to the first step. Easy to do. Easy not to do. What choice makes you feel lighter?
I'm in the heat of my move over here and coming back slowly to meditation. I awakened spiritually this month in a way that really feels like I "undid a belt notch" so to speak.
Things have felt turbulent, with the move only two weeks away, Colby is sleeping a lot working to fight the nerves. The other day I noticed myself desiring to do the same. When I suddenly realized I've lately dropped all yoga practice and all meditation. I needed a Sadaha away from yoga but lost my focus. What I really needed was exactly what I was pushing away.
Of course, I lost my focus though, I was swirling my thoughts into fear and scarcity instead of shooting out Divine prayer and love. There was no consistent practice of self love in my daliy routine. And I still am working to feel put together. I easily could have seen that coming, yet fear sort of had me in a headlock.
So this week I decided to expand my meditation practice to Metta meditation.
Metta meditation you begin with sending love inward. First to yourself. Then send it out to any and all beings, and nonbeings around you and throughout the universes.
It's a little nauseating at first because you get pretty expansive. But lately, all signs have just been screaming at me live in abundance, choose to have faith, and "don't worry" - courtesy of Billy Joel radio.
Despite the standing ovations of support from the universe, part of me still holds back. Part of me thinks she can still back out. HA. That girl is dead wrong.
Recently with all the shifting and changing in my life, I've manifested a new mindset of approaching responsibility. It keeps me motivated most days. Yet just like everyone else, sometimes doubt bogs me down.
Now don't get me wrong, I am usually a glass half empty kind of girl. But lately, I've been working on strategies that will rewire my ability to see things less one-sided.
So what is the value of always judging me? What is the value of living in comparison? What if fear was really secretly a lie?
Too often I find myself going the distance and then stopping nearly three feet from gold. I'm on a mission to uncover the secret sauce of mindest and spiritual juju that offers a new perspective on life.
Because balance is overrated. It's too realistic and idealistic.
I'm on a mission to live unrealistically. Every time a judgment is thrown out I'll be there to gracefully smash it or let it wash over me, drastically changing the belief in a status quo.
What if all failure was only an illusion?
Who gave you the impression you were failing anyway?
Who's judgment are you validating by believing that failure limits you or holds you back?
Who puts that fear in your mind? Was it really you or was it someone else?
Be willing to be willing, see what your mind or heart needs to let go.
These are the kinds of questions that unlock spiritual awareness and mental clarity. These are the mountains we have to climb or take a wrecking ball to. Because you were not born to be out of sync; you were born to be you.
Time and time again the idea that "failure breaks you" - has been proven wrong. Why can't you be a part of that miracle? Whoever said that you had to suffer your way to death? Why not enjoy as much of the time you have here to increase your capacity for living?
If you can set yourself up with a burning desire to win, a desire to overcome the limits your limited human form presents - you will accomplish any goal. Getting to this open place is not easy, it is also not very hard to do. It simply takes committed persistence.
Do the thing and you shall have the power!
It takes being in allowance. It takes a shit ton of letting your ego take a back seat and asking for assistance in letting all the petty shit not phase you.
Most importantly it takes the burning desire of success to overshadow and belief that failure will not get you there.
Because the plan that starts you, will not be the plan that gets you there.
But that doesn't mean you have to let others pull down or steal your energy. Or give you directions.
We were meant to give ourselves 80% of our energy, and 20% of energy back out to the world. Sometimes life calls for this to be out of balance.
What if "balance" was a lie?
Did you know a Rocket only travels on course for 3% of its journey?
Yes, I said THREE PERCENT.
That means a Rocket travels off course 97% of the time.
Maybe we're all just looking from one reality. Or perhaps the glass, too, is a part of the illusion. Since water takes on a vibration, perhaps any movement between the line of half full or half empty is being crossed at all times. We just aren't in the right capacity to see it. What if?
Seeing your successes through requires the shift to choose to live through a higher bank of knowledge. Imagine for a moment, "how does it get any better than this?". Begin to allow yourself to dream. Notice the energy within you, notice what's happening underneath your skin, notice what's happening to the energy around you. Just notice.
Ditch any notion of judgment or perceived perfection.
You were born to be real; not perfect.
Allow yourself for if you can more than a moment, to imagine the world as you. A living breathing, full of potential for love vessel that the Divine built to offer you a place to understand your soul's mission.
A place that just maybe might not be full of coincidences, luck, Deja Vu, or interventions - but rather all were a part of a deeper network of spiritual realities. These realities each having pathways that were open and full of light and love guiding you along your journey to uncovering who you really are. Offering adventures that your soul desires and need in this lifetime. Say hello to being reborn through soul awakening communication and seeing what total transparency with yourself and others feels like.
Once you find that, authenticity can become your middle name.
Transparency with yourself is the only route to transparency with others.
Making this shift, you feel it in your bones. You're aligned AF in your chakras and mood, and mostly vividly you understand the magnitude and power of your life on this planet.
Not having to grasp it completely, just simply live in that abundant space for more than a moment.
What did you discover?
I pray you saw you are not here by accident.
I pray you feel you were meant to read this message.
I pray you remember to take away and incorporate what works for you - leave the rest.
I pray you accept that you never need anyone's validation.
I pray you see you were meant to live in your most abundant and expansive form.
I pray you acknowledge you were meant to see the world as you.
That's why it's called your point of view.
Be willing to be willing to be in allowance of changing that view.
Just see what the Universe conspires to do for you.
Be open to it from any angle.
Now is the time for unrealistic outrageously open perspectives.
Now is the time for you.
What if the world was you?
Would you treat it differently? Would you give it love and praise? Would you dote and defend it?
Are you willing to risk doubting your own judgments in order to live in allowance of who you truly are?
